Für Jessica bedeutet Kunst sich loslassen, die Kontrolle verlieren, sich ganz dem Flow hingeben. Jessica ist queer, kommt aus dem Fricktal und nennt sich explorer of paint. Die eigene Neugier hat sie vor allem zum Acrylgiessen (engl. Acrylic Pouring) gebracht. Dabei verdünnt explorer of paint die Farben und lässt sie auf die Leinwand fliessen. Es entstehen so was wie Baumkreise, Bubbles und spezielle Muster – das ist ganz abhängig von der Art des Giessens. Das Experimentieren mit Farben und Formen ermöglicht ihr den Ausgleich zu der rationalen Alltagsarbeit in der Informatik und eröffnet einen sicheren Raum um den eigenen Gefühlen freien Lauf zu lassen.

For Jessica, art means letting go, losing control, surrendering completely to the flow. Jessica is queer, comes from Fricktal and calls herself an explorer of paint.
Her own curiosity has led her to acrylic pouring. In this process, explorer of paint dilutes the colours and lets them flow onto the canvas. The result is something like tree circles, bubbles and special patterns – it all depends on the type of pouring.
Experimenting with colours and shapes gives her a balance to the rational everyday work in computer science and opens up a safe space to give free rein to her own feelings

Pour Jessica, l’art signifie se laisser aller, perdre le contrôle, s’abandonner entièrement au flow. Jessica est queer, originaire du Fricktal et se dit explorer of paint.
C’est sa propre curiosité qui l’a amenée à faire de la coulée acrylique (en anglais Acrylic Pouring). Explorer of paint dilue les couleurs et les fait couler sur la toile. Il en résulte des cercles d’arbres, des bulles et des motifs spéciaux – cela dépend entièrement de la manière dont la peinture est coulée.
L’expérimentation avec les couleurs et les formes lui permet de compenser le travail quotidien rationnel dans l’informatique et ouvre un espace sûr pour laisser libre cours à ses propres sentiments.
